Fifth annual update on increasing transparency 2021

This is the fifth annual update as required by the Ombudsman from the Ministry of Health and the Health Quality & Safety Commission on the sector’s progress towards increasing transparency of health data in Aotearoa New Zealand by June 2021.

This is being published later than expected due to delays resulting from COVID-19 measures, under an extension granted by the Office of the Ombudsman.
