This is a brochure for patients to explain the various elements of the surgical safety checklist. It has been optimised for printing, and is available for download below.

The brochure prints as a double sided document – a standard print version is available, as well as a version with the second page rotated, to allow for printing via photocopiers and large format printers. The brochure is also available in Te Reo Maori.
