Hand Hygiene Australia: online learning packages

19 Nov 2021

Hand Hygiene Australia has launched a new online learning management system on the Hand Hygiene Australia training site. It offers:

  • an improved learner experience, with learners now being able to save and return to online learning modules, and access their historical records and certificates
  • a modern interface with added functionality including email reminders
  • additional reporting functionality for administrators (hand hygiene coordinators).

The site hosts a number of online training modules aimed at different groups of health care workers. The hand hygiene modules, for instance, include seven modules aimed at allied health workers, medical staff, non-clinical staff, nurses and midwives, and students. There are also specific hand hygiene auditor modules and infection control orientation modules.
