This 10-minute video is the presentation about Whakakotahi, the Commission’s primary care improvement programme, that was presented virtually for the IHI/BMJ International Forum, Copenhagen 2020.

Whakakotahi, meaning ‘to be as one’, was a three-year programme taking an innovative national approach to advance quality improvement and capability building in the primary care sector.

In the video, we describe our journey, the partnerships developed, outcomes achieved and key learnings with a focus on equity, consumer engagement and integration.
