In late 2020 and throughout 2021, the project team from Te Tāhū Hauora and the Network visited six hospitals to assist in their uptake of the bundle to improve local services.

Resources for management of critical bleeding
As a result of feedback from the implementation site visits, Te Tāhū Hauora developed four resources to support the implementation of the national best-practice critical bleeding bundle of care and standardise the management of critical bleeding.
These resources can be found here and include:
