The COVID-19 patient experience survey dashboard presents results from the COVID-19 patient experience survey. This was a one-off survey carried out to understand patients’ experiences of accessing health care during alert level 3 in 2020.
The survey provides results from a selection of patients who were enrolled with and had a consultation with their general practice during the survey sample period (27 April–10 May 2020). As a comparison, results are provided for a selection of patients who did not have a consultation with their general practice during this period.
Two dashboards are presenting survey results.
In the COVID-19 dashboard results are available by age group, gender and ethnic group.
In the COVID-19 disability dashboard, results are available by disability status, age group, gender and ethnic group.
