The more people who take part in the survey, the better quality of information you will have about their experiences of your service.
You can use simple tools to promote the survey, which could help achieve a higher response rate. You can find these in the Communications toolkit.
Give your clients information flyers to raise awareness about the survey. The flyers are available in a range of languages. You can download here or request printed copies directly from survey@hqsc.govt.nz.
