We are reviewing the code of expectations for health entities' engagement with consumers and whānau, and we want you to have your say.

The aim of this review is to ensure the code of expectations remains relevant, effective, and aligned with the principles of equity, partnership, and meaningful engagement with diverse communities, including: Māori, Pacific, disabled people, older adults, rangatahi, rainbow, rural communities, migrants and refugees.

This survey is being distributed by Te Tāhū Hauora Health Quality & Safety Commission (Te Tāhū Hauora) to consumers and whānau across Aotearoa New Zealand.

It asks questions and provides space for feedback, comments and ideas to inform the code’s review.
