CYMRC data reports, special reports and annual reports published between 2003 and 2021

• 2021 –Fifteenth data report: 2015 to 2019 (2.3 MB, pdf)
  This report focuses on tamariki and rangatahi Māori mortality, Pacific children and young people mortality, death from sudden unexpected death in infants aged less than 12 months, death from suicide and transport as the cause of death.

Annual reports to the Minister of Health

From 2001 to late 2010, the CYMRC was a ministerial committee that reported to the Minister of Health. It was supported by the Ministry of Health. The responsibility for mortality review committees moved to Te Tāhū Hauora Health Quality & Safety Commission when it was established in 2010.
